At the close of each month, Jon works closely with the management team and partners to review financial statements, providing timely updates and valuable insights to clients.

In his free time, Jon enjoys woodworking and playing disc golf. He is also deeply committed to his community, helping his wife manage a nonprofit organization and actively participating in his local church.
